04 5.3 tow/haul mode question

I have been thinking about getting a Predator for my 04 chevy w/ 5.3 (drop in K&N and custom cat-back exhaust).

I have a few questions...

1. Is there any way that a "performance tune" (higher shift points, line pressure, reduced TM, ect..) can be active when the tow/haul mode is set on? Then when it's off can it have a more streetable tune. I know with other brands have this ability, but does the Predator?

2. My dad as a 04 gmc w/ 8.1 (drop in K&N and custom cat-back exhaust) would I be able to use 1 programmer for both trucks at the same time or do I have to have separate programmer for each? I understand that the Allison is impossible to tune, but can I put in a custom tune correct?

#2 is nope one predator one truck. unless u take it off the 5.3 and install it to the 8.1 and vis versa

#1 is a nope as well. Can't store 2 tunes in a PCM. One at a time. The Diablo tune (which is the hottest one) is VERY streetable
