U7164 Tunes
Mike, I tried the 80 hp tune and did not like what it was doing to the transmission i.e. shifting like an old B&M shift kit on a throw away tranny
I experienced some of the same initial delay and power surge that other folks are talking about. It will pin you to the seat, but it's a little annoying during everyday driving and even light towing. Next I tried the 50 hp tune which did not seem any better if as good as stock to me...I did not run it long enough to get a good check of fuel economy. I am looking forward to trying the tow tune today, since that is what I have used most in the past. I have stock exhaust and a Airaid Drop Filter, so I won't be using the 160 hp tune. Hopefully the tow tune does the trick. Standing by for refinements...Thanks!

Also, remember that you can add or remove line pressure in the adjustable parameters, so if you want to try to soften up the shifts a bit, go for it.
Thanks
Mike
