Predator won't load...04 GT Cruiser

I just got one of your U7134 predators (U9000 / 238504) and it won't load on my wifes car(2004 GT Cruiser, with autostick). I tried getting the current revision 9r16, but it still won't load. It gave me the same number both times...

Calid:05033288AH

Any help would be appreciated.

Did it take a backup? If so could you export it and upload it here.
We do not have any files with that calid so in order to support it we would need the file.
It is not a stage computer is it?

Sigh...I'm trying not to have a negative experience. I may try this thing again in the future if/when it actually will work with my wifes car like I was told it would, so I would appreciate a lack of patronizing messages. Thank you.

Its been a busy week, we recently lost the main guy in charge of the U7134 so it is my responsibility now.
I should have some time to look into this tomorrow.

There are some things to work around on our end where these cars are involved.

Apparently there is no such master database of what calibrations are actually in these cars in the field, so it is not uncommon for us to get unsupported cals, but if you check with anyone else that has been in your boat, I'm sure they'll tell you that we are very good about getting a new revision done to add support.

Not many part numbers around here have been updated as many times as the U7134, and it shows no signs of slowing down.
