Please Need a custom tune for stalled camaro

Post by Iswearitstock »

Hi I have a 2001 Z28 Camaro with a no flow flowmaster catback, 3.23 gears, vig 4000 stall and lid. Having problems with misfire code P0300 occuring too often and think the car could be faster than it is.I have tried tuning it with my U7198 predator but having no luck. So Mike can you please pimp my tune. Oh it has the V.9r09 update. Thanks

Misfire codeing can be turned off, but if u don't have a cam or something, sounds like the misfire could be ligitmate!

I was under the impression that untuned stall cars throw that code because the converter is not stock.

Use the predator, and view live data for each cylinder on misfire. You will prolly see 1 cylinder misfire alot, and a couple others a little. Then check plug/wire/coil on the worst cylinder in that order. I bet it will be a bad/fouled plug.

More like a massive intake leak causing LEAN condition.
Check your LTFT bank 1, bank 2 find the lean one or ones and repair.
Possible cat deterioration,
check pre and post temp differance or throw a vacum guage on it. Low vac at idle gradually goining lower if left idle and warms up to operating temp.
OR
comp gone into abusive mode over 6100rpm was exceeded!!
Only one thing to say about my "Diablew" Tune!
