p0171 &p0174 obd code

hello everyone its been 2 weeks since i have installed cai bbk and bbk twin 62mm and my tuner 07140 i have plug everything on everything seems fine for 25 km after that receive these codes at first i thought maf sewnsor = clean it pcv hose reconnect done and still those codes remembered after a few hours that we didnt tune the voltage of the throttlebody the cars is running relatively fine to this point so didnt think that could be any problem with it but now im thinking it could be it but before i redoit all over again with the old throttlebody and evrything i would like to know your opinions guys thanks

ps we have put all those parts on mustangs gt 2006 4.6 3v thanks for your responses
