Do I need a custom tune or just logging?

Hi all...bought a predator a couple of months ago and love it.
I have added gm's CAI and was wondering if logging would be best or would a custom tune be better for this add.

I have a 2007 5.3l chev 4x4 automatic with the U7194 and the latest crom
