Custom CRM Dealer tunefrom Diablos list or let a dyno tune

One of the CRM Dealers from Diablos on line map in southern Idaho told me that I didnt need a dyno tune shop I could pay him $500 and he would send me custom tunes via e-mail for a blower on my U-7153 2001 Ford expedition 5.4 4x4. Does this sound right to every one. He said he would work with me and i would learn how to tune for my self is this a good choice to make ???
I hope I made the right choice buying the Diablo brand and not an SCT like a lot of people?? I have bought a USB interface from Diablo and im wating for it in the mail I have not installed the DIablo yet and have not paid there CRM dealer yet PLEASE HELP ME MAKE A GOOD CHOICE i still have time to return it if i have to

This choice is up to you, if you want to deal withit like that, fine, if you'd prefer to have it tuned in person, that I would do that.

no need for a custom tune in your situation. the canned tune should do just fine.
