"Custom tune will not be used"

Got the RKL loaded on the tuner, now the tuner will not load onto the trucks ECM, I get a message saying it does not match the truck tune will not be used. I erased the old custom tune that was been on the tuner, then I loaded the new tune. I verified the cal id and its good 12305053AH = 12xxx. any ideas?

did you update to the new r28 software thing?if so the rkls are not updataed to work with it yet,

Yeah i need to sit down and get those done up here one of these days, they have me slaving away on Hemi for the moment so one of these nights i have to sit down and do those as well as some puffer files for some of you guys.
