Need help ASAP!! URGENT!!

I had my 04.5 cummins on stock cause i wasnt going to be using it for awhile, so i installed the extreme on my buddies 05 truck, and i never uninstalled it.
Now today i drove my truck around on stock, tried to install extreme and it wouldnt let me, so i then tried performance, and it took the tune but now i have a P2128 code, and P1755, the p2128 it accelerator pedal position sensor 2 ciruit high, and the p1755 is transmisioon throttle valve control circuit.

If i clear them they instantly come back. I then went to the stock setting and hope it would work, but still cant clear codes. Truck ran fine and dandy until i tried installing the tunes. Also i have a loud beeping through my speakers every few minutes. Is there a way to reset the stock computer, and if i do that will it damage anything?

Well seems like the problem is you never restored the buddies truck to stock, which meant that the tuner was matched to his vehicles vin. I am not an expert so these statements are educated guesses, but if you had the programmer matched to another trucks vin, I am surprised it would let you try to install anything on your truck. So the first thing I would have done, would have been set your programmer back to stock by uninstalling the tune out of your buddies truck. This should reset the programmer, but in case your unsure, you could download and install the most current version off the website. Then, it should let you install as normal the predator tunes. I'd wait to hear back from someone from Diablosport myself because I would think if you go to the dealer with a non-factory tune installed, you could be looking at your warranty being voided, not to mention you may have wasted your money on the predator if somehow you have caused it to not be able to be used in another truck. Remember in the future, it's one programmer for one truck, not one programmer with 4 tunes so I can install it in 4 trucks. Each time you want to put into another truck, you have to go back first to the previous truck, return it to stock, then you can go to the next. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

My truck is tuned to stock right now, it still allows me to switch tunes but, i cant give it throttle and it will only idle, so i figured i'd reflash it, that it would be alright, then i could take the tune out of the other truck and then put the predator back into mine.

I didnt think that it would let me install tunes on two trucks, but i figured whats the worst that could happen.....

and for the warranty, i have a buddy that might be able to get the tool to reflash out of the shop and do it at my house so i dont have to take it to the dealer. Im just curious if the reflash will actually do anything to fix this....

But do you think if i uninstall the tune out of the other truck, and then i try to tune mine will it bring it back to life??

In theory the predator would not do that.
I think your best bet would be to get your truck flashed by a factory tool back to stock, then give us a call so we can manually reset that unit for you.

I think that is about the same thing that I have been writing about that happened to mine and the reflash at the dealer didn't help at all, it made it worse! My truck thinks its an 03 when it is in fact an 05! Sounds like the Predator can indeed install an unused tune in another vehicle but with dire consequences. I would think that it would recognize the wrong VIN# and not let you proceed any farther, so you could not damage your truck. No VIN match no GO! This is just an opinion and I don't even know if it can be done, but it might be a good solution to some of these problems.

See if the Predator reads the VIn off the PCM.

Why could they not help?

All they need to do is flash the PCM, and be sure to enter the trucks VIN when they do so.

so to send in my trucks pcm how do i fill out the RMA form? What does it cost to have you guys reflash it. i talked to the dealer again and they said theirs no way they could do it. and whats the turn around time from the time you get it till i get it back

Fill out the rma request, and send the PCM in with the rma number you are given.
If you'd like it to go faster, send it overnight and prepay for return over night shipping.
Once we get it here, we will reflash it the same day and ship it back out.
There will be no charge as long as you have proof of purchase for the Predator.

I double checked with my one of our engineers and he cannot for the life of him understand why the dealer will not do this, as he said it is the most basic operation.

Those dealerships are very sketchy at best....never again will I waste my time with them.

ok so im going to fill out a RMA request, in the description ill put my vin number in description, and i have to print off a recipte because i ordred the predator off the internet. ill include that in the package. thansk for the help

Same thing I am doing with mine, I am having the exact same problem my 05 thinks its an 03.The dealer was happy to charge me $125.00 then tell me sorry it didn't take, but we still want our money! Not the way I run my shop!! So I just sent mine off today, my wife is ready to kill me, since its our daily driver and I promisd not to modify it...Ooops! LOL
