Predator not working !!

I have new Predator Diablo Suport VR7135 . I cant install the Predator in my car for supercharger . The Predator show me message this tool match backup for vehicle backup(4)

Sounds like there may already be another predator tune in the car?

First i was using U7135 now i want use VR7135 i get locked number and The is Predator is locked to another vehicle

You will need to restore the first tune to the vehicle and then you can use the VR tool.

What does it say under options/show last tune written?

It show This Predator is locked to another vehicle than Next , Next than it will come Diablo Page option .

Did the VR7135 read the backup file from the car when you first plugged it in, or did it go right to the install tune option?

Can you extract the backup file and post it here please? Along with your cars calid and VIN?

it go right to the install tune option .

I cant get extract .It show problem on the screen extract calid error (2)
