this may make me sound slightly stupid, but where is the PCM? is it bolted to the side of the motor on the driver's side? Is that what im looking for?

curious if you know if my pcm will get sent out wed............i was hoping you guys would be speedy with it cause i paid big $$$$ to get it rush delivered there and back. thanks

Sorry for being impatient. Alright, i got my pcm today and threw it in the truck. It came back to life, but now its stuck in 2nd gear and wont shift, i got a throttle positioning error, so it doesnt accelerate like it should, lost my tow/haul, and my drive position indicating lights and my cruise control wont work. I spent about an hour on the phone today with customer service, tried everything they said and nothing will work. I disconnected the battieres, unplugged the computer etc. nothing will work. Did i damage my PCM?? I might try taking it to the dealer but i dunno how helpful they are going to be.

Curious to know if anything can fix this cheaply with me not having to buy a new pcm.....

The PCM was flashed and verified onthe bench, all was well.
It would seem there is another module or two in the truck that are having issues.

ok, but it didnt have those problems before. Maybe they need to be reset and arent booted up with the fresh computer??
