2000 F250 DeltaChip

Will a DeltaChip from a 2000 F250 with a 7.3L and auto tranny work in a 2002 F350 with a 7.3L with a manual tranny without any modification? And if not what would i need to do to get it to?

No, it will likely need to be reflashed for the new truck.
