upgraded mopar TCM for 06 300c SRT8

I am wanting to install a upgraded mopar TCM in my 06 300c SRT8, but I have a custum tune, so I need to know the proper steps so that I don't scrap the new upgraded TCM. I know that I need to change my gear ratio, since the upgraded TCM was made for the 5.7L. Do I go to my custum tune and then select quick adjust and after making the change then go to install tune with new adjustments? I know that I really don't need to change anything else, but just need some clarification on the steps needed to make the required change. Also, does anyone have anything positive/negative to say about the upgraded mopar TCM?

Id talk to some others who have done this first, as I believe changing the gears with a QA while the TCM is plugged in is not a good idea...

Don't bother. The Mopar TCM is not much better then the stock SRT8 programming. If anything look into a RDP TCM or wait for DiabloSport to release their support.
