Excessive boost on 93 tune stock srt-4

Thanks Johan the tune you e-mailed me loaded on the predator without a problem....now just to install it on the car

Johan I installed your tune and on the way home from work the car was sluggish and the boost would not get over 10 psi. I used my original backup like the ds downloader asked for when I installed the tune. When I installed it on the car the predator said that the tune was different and would I like to re-set parameters and I chose yes. Was I supposed to re-set the parameters? Also was I supposed to use the original back-up with the tune or the 93 canned tune I had backed-up?

Your supposed to use your Original "stock" file, as your original backup... Go in and make your tweaks to the parameters on the modify tune section and see if that helps..

I used the original stock file and was able to load the tune. I am not sure what changes Johan had made but the results were very low boost. What I wanted to know is did I mess with the tune by selecting yes to re-set the paremeters and should have I selected no instead. When the predator went to install the tune it stated it was different from the one installed and do I want to re-set the parameters. I already re-installed the canned 93 tune back in due to Johan's tune was not working well. No big deal if I cannot get it to work. He had to e-mail me the file due to the one he posted on the forum was corrupted and would not load.
