speedking's been waiting three weeks now for a response, I don't understand the lack of customer service with this...
RE: Re: RE: Predator locked...unlock options
As a new Predator owner, (who purchased from one of their authorized sellers) I agree with everything said about getting new and a warranty. I also am happy to hear they can be unlocked (even with a small fee) mainly because I am worried about having a dealership flash me back to stock without me having my tuner around to reprogram it first. I do not want a paper-weight.

In the case of a delaer reflash, we do not charge providing you jump through our hoops and provide documentation.tony_phx wrote:As a new Predator owner, (who purchased from one of their authorized sellers) I agree with everything said about getting new and a warranty. thanks black05, but its not that big of a deal...i haven't been pressing the issue, esp since they are really doing me a favor considering their policy on unlocking these things.

thanks again Mike, i'm on hold with Dan right now. can't wait to get a tune in!Black05Hemi wrote:speedking's been waiting three weeks now for a response, I don't understand the lack of customer service with this...

How did you pay for it? If it was a paypal and a credit card and this guy fell off the face of the earth, you could file a dispute. You will definitely get the cost to unlock reimbursed, you might get lucky and get a full credit charge back.speedking1121 wrote:funny thing is this guy has fallen off the face of the earth, can't get him to return messages to save my life. i don't feel as though he did it on purpose though, hes not a shady guy, he has a good rep on the Mustang and Jeep forums, just made a mistake. believe you me, i'll be buying new from now on. should of done my flipping research before hand. ARG!!! someone hit me in the head with my expensive blue paperweight please! lol
