Custom Tune- 2002 mustang v6

i have a 2002 v6 mustang. I have installed a throttle body spacer, and bbk cold air intake, as well as the diablosport programmer. Is there any way i can request a custom tune so i can get the max power as well as GAS MILEAGE? Im getting about 20 mpg... not too great for a v6. Any suggestions? thanks

Is it neccesary? How much would that cost?

Its not neccesary, but could be beneficial to get better fuel economy. The pricing is up to the custom tuner.
