u7191 with latest revision. I cannot copy a custom tune to the thing. I can export tunes to my computer, but not import them.
The pred just says "importing from PC....."
the E40 app just says "waiting for comunication"
then it just fails an the pred says transfer failed.

RE: unable to copy sutom tune to predator
check your com port assignments for the cable and baud rates... should be 115,200 on both the predator and the PC/app.
yeah, you just did it the other day... what changed??
info on importing a custom tune to the predator:
Now you'll need to load that custom tune into your predator, so...
1. hook up your predator to your PC
2. go to OPTIONS > CUSTOM TUNE > IMPORT TUNE -- the predator will start the transfer process of copying the custom tune from your PC to the predator, and will show "Importing from PC" on the screen.
3. start up the GMLS2InterfaceInstaller app (the E40 Interface app)
4. click the SEND FILE button - it will give you a popup window to select the tune file to import.
5. select that custom tune file that your tuner sent you back and click OK.
6. the copy process will begin and it will copy the custom tune from your PC to your Predator. You will see the byte count increasing in the lower left side of the E40 PC Interface app...
7. once it's done, it will say download complete / file transfer complete.
now the custom tune is in your predator.
---------------------------------------------------------------
After the custom tune is loaded in your Predator, you will now have CUSTOM TUNE in the main menu instead of Performance Tune.
Select Custom Tune > Install Tune.
** NOTE: your predator may prompt you to say that you are changing tunes, and then ask you if you want to "Reset All Parameters?" - make sure you answer/select YES to this question to reset the parameters

RE: unable to copy sutom tune to predator
I plugged it into a different usb port this time. It was comm 8. Which e40 only lists comm 1-5 as choices so that wasnt going to work lol.
I plugged it into comm 1 and got it to work. weird
