I ordered my predator today and will get it in a week. Will i have to update or upgrade it already like some of the other people witch is an extra $100.00?

nah, you should get a new version/model one, already on a 9rXX revision, as long as the reseller doesn't still have old stock laying around... in which case, if you find that it is an older one when you get it, you call up the vendor/reseller you got it from and raise holy hell and that you want a new version one or your money back.
