Try posting any info that is on the chip. There should be a part # or something on it.

If you have a chip, then you will need to find a CMR dealer who can reprogram it. Otherwise, I would ditch the chip, and then put a regular Predator on it.

CMR is ChipMaster Revolution. It is the tuning software that dealers use for doing custom tunes and for programming tunes for the chips. Sounds like you might have a DeltaChip.....

Make sure you don't damage the chip upon removal. I am not entirely sure, but the truck should return to stock when you remove the chip. Is the chip inside the PCM, or does it plug into the side somewhere?

When you remove the chip, the truck should return to stock programming. Might want to check with Tech Support at 561-908-0040 and see what they say before you do anything.

If it will not start without the chip, there is another issue with the PCM.

It will need to be reflashed at a Ford dealer to correct that issue. After that, the chip may need to be reflashed to work with the new calibration from Ford.

The chip can be reflashed at most of our Ford CMR dealers.
