help really needed asap!

ok long story short, i got a cmr tuner to dyno tune my car and it wasnt a good out come. i made only 270whp with 330 ftLbs. i was his first srt4. we took the car off the dyno to test drive it and we got boost/fuel cut out at 4k rpms also we saw timing get pulled. after a few adjustments we couldnt figure it out. he sent me a tune today to see if the car would atleast run normal on and it did. could someone help me out and maybe look at the tune. i think i should be a little closer to 300whp too.

mods are
stage 2
3" turbo back with no cat
k&n intake.

it said something that it didnt match the original back up or something. i didnt understand because i know that the first tune that i posted worked on my car and all you guys did was adjust it a little.
