Just curious! I had my other one in my hands in less than a month and haven't heard anything about this latest one... It was an "up in smoke" RMA... Thank you DS!

Soooo, how long do repairs usually take? The Magnum started having problems yesterday and now I need the Predator for logging... Been over a month and have heard nothing yet...

LOL! Thanks Johan! I am just glad I have a Durango to tromp around it... Really, I am out of work right now and the Magnum is the wife's car... I just want to get the Mag fixed so I don't have to pay so much in gas! Magnum - ~24 MPG, Durango ~12 MPG. LOL! My last RMA was awesome, out my door and returned with slow shipping in less than a month, this one is coming up on two....
Okay, I am starting to lose my patience with Diablosport.
1. I have called the RMA department and left messages and no one has called me back. No one ever answers the phone either... Yes, during any time of day, during business hours, close to opening/closing, call before or after what would be considered "lunch time."
2. I have been waiting over a MONTH from what would be considered the 30 day mark... Making it 2 months it has been in the shop for repairs.
3. I have PM a few individuals on here asking for an update, all of which are ignored.
4. I am told in this thread that the status will be checked upon, but hear nothing back...
How in the hell can I tell what is going on with my product? My phone calls are ignored, my PM's are ignored and my posts, in my opinion, are being ignored...
Diablosport, please get my unit fixed and sent to me ASAP or buy my product back and refund my $375 that you now possess... I was fairly patient up until this moment...

Thank you for the response. Will this need to be signed for from the delivery service? All I wanted was a response as to what was going on with it! Thank you very much! Just wanting to make sure that the new one has the "updated hardware" that won't fry in the 2005's? Again, I am sorry I got a little aggravated but for a while it seemed like I was being ignored. I understand things may be busy but don't understand why it is taking so long when others got theirs within a month of sending their RMA's in...

Apparently the unit went out for repairs, and came back unfixed, so it was sent back, and that has delayed the process.

Kyle, sorry to see you're still having problems with DS. Hope all works out for you and the 3rd DSP is not a smoking gun when you get it going. I had the smokin' Predator too and when I got my 2nd one in I loaded the 9r12 CROM right off the bat b-4 even plugging into my ride. Just my opinion. Good Luck bro!
