lowest safe idle speed for 5.7L Charger
i have a 2006 5.7L Charger. what is the lowest rpm i can safely set my idle to? i have it set to 500 and absolutely love the way it makes the exhaust sound, but it got me wondering if its safe... or can i go lower?

Should be fine as long as it does not stall.

Can't tell you that. It's going to be a matter of personal preference with how low you can go determined by driveability. Set it to where you like it in the driveway. Then see if it stalls when it's cold, when it's warmed up, when you come ripping up to a stop sign, when you start off, full throttle/half throttle, etc.
