I have to ask jsachnet what other PCM/ECM tuner or tool he is using and for what reason mods?
I don't drive a Neon but am curious as to what other tuning tool would have an issue with a Cal ID from the Predator. Chrysler's STAR system would not have a problem flashing even with the performance tune loaded.
Diablo is great to deal with but if you want quick replies pick up the phone! Your Cal ID is shown and described at every update. While I agree they should provide all updates and versions on this website I wouldn't go as far as to call them out as you have here. They will work with you and are good folks!
Your dealership is raping you at $140! I would drive out of my way next time you buy another lil' car. My dealer doesn't charge me a dime to do anything on their STAR sys. They just hand me the wireless interface and the service manager gets out of his chair so I can go through all the new updates and flash. I've done this 20 times since I got my Charger. I guess buying three Hemi's from them helps.

RE: Issue returning to stock after 93octane tune flash
Monday....
I am using an SCT Xcalibrator 2 with the Advantage 3 software. It it equivilent to Diablo's CMR and Predator in that I can change pretty much any parameter that the specific CAL ID supports.
The reason I posted on here is because this is where the support links bring you to, another reason being that I live in Hawaii which happens to be 6 hours behind Florida. The nature of my employment does not allow me to access a phone during my duty hours. As for calling them out, I don't believe requesting a fix for an issue that came about using their products is unjust.
Although you may be correct in that my dealership is overcharging, you are in fact wrong in assuming that based upon your dealership not charging you for the service. Both of the Dodge dealers on the island of Oahu in Hawaii charge $140 per labor hour for non-warranty work, which is why I don't have an issue mailing my pcm to Diablo.
I do find it interesting and troubling that a former employee of Diablo has offered more assistance to me on another forum than current employees have offered here on this forum.
I have become accustomed to this type of customer service. It is very easy to assume that a customer has caused a problem when it arises for the first time. It is also very easy to actually work with a customer and provide customer service instead of stonewalling them....

You have not in any way gotten a lack of service here, but the problem is you are asking us to do something that we can not do.
You keep asking about sending your Predator here, what will that accomplish?
If the Predator works with the current calid on the PCM, it would seem it is fine.

Why are we now ignoring the fact that the Predator has seemingly changed my CAL ID. Yes, your absolutely correct about the Predator being able to flash my pcm, so I guess your correct in that it seemingly works. But can we address the actual reason why I started this thread. My last post from last week should make it clear that it was not me that changed the CAL ID.....
