RE: i have noticed!
if the 7131 works on the 03s then im taking my 7130 back and getting the 7131,for the tire size and high idle and lend to a freind feature.

7131 is only for the 06 & 07's with the new CAN bus. The 7130 is all that works for 2003 thru 2005. They're not compatible.
The UD7131 is the COMBO model number for the 2003: Part# UD7131 - 2003 Dodge Cummins 5.9L 24 Valve (U7130 & D7156) Combo
That's different than the U7131 or U7130 downloader by itself.

Would it be safe to load this toon in my truck on a completely stock truck to just reap the benefits of the mpg while on the freeway this afternoon. As long as I dont pound on it I assume my tranny will be fine but what about egts I will have a few decent grades but nothing to serious. I have no gauges
