srt-4 getting overboost check engine light

the car is actually running pretty good, if i do a long pull like start from 2000rpm and full throttle to 6200rpm, my boost hits 19-20 psi and falls to 15psi, pulls nice and hard, but i get a check engine light p0234 turbocharger overboost code, now i have a dsp shouldnt that cancel the overboost code from coming on. even if i remove the red line from the hard pipe it still does it. heres a list of my mods
-dsp
-e1 turbo
-maxxfab 3inch side exit, no cat, 3 inch o2 as well
-fm wastegate
-aem sri
-cold side pipe with hks ssqv
-180 thermostat
-wot box with 2-step
-walbro fuel pump
-aem wideband
-ngk iridiums one step colder
a/f's look great, i even got a custom tune from ptperformance and it still did it. any help or suggestions would be much appreciated,

for a backfire and boost being limited to 15psi, but not for the check engine light, everyones been telling me that, it should be turned off as soon as the tune is written
