Tech support question : New Predator, what to do with it?

Just received my 'Predator' w/ the 'U7136 tune' (for my 3.5L HO V6 Charger). I think I'll use the 89 octane preset tune, as the price of gas has gone up, and the user manual suggests 89 octane is the gas to use for my trim (unless there is some huge disadvantage to using this preset, some of the local gas stations have 90 octane). As per the rest, I'd have to plead ignorance, and rely on the experts for help. The questions I have in particular are : 1) can I modify the tune to add the CAI (I'd heard the CAI tune is only applicable to standard transmissions with a hemi); 2) is there a custom preset for Blastin Bobs muffler etc. / how could I do that - if applicable? Really wondering in general how much extra functionality I'll have with this tune, I really don't wanna mess it up. Thanks so so much for any and all input.
