Original tune problems

I re-installed the stock tune on my 08 6.4 to run by the dealership and get latest updates. I believe that because I changed the stock tune for oversized tires that it did not reset the programmer or remove original tune from programmer. Now when I try to install latest update to the tuner it says I still have original tune on programmer. With new updates on the truck I can't go back and download the original tune again but without the tire modification to the program. I am stuck between a rock and a hard place. How do I get out of this? I don't know a whole lot about this tuning stuff just that I installed it originally and it worked great for the last year. I thought I went through the right process to reset and allow dealership updates so that I can install the latest tune but it seems leaving the modification for larger tires has got me. Ok, you will need to fax me a copy of the dealers work order to (561) 908-0048. then call me with the tool powered up within 20 minutes of the fax and I'll fix it for you.
