Ok, here goes. I've had my tuner for quite some time, and have been very happy to this point. CAlID TOAA5Z5. The 85hp and 100hp tunes ran great w/ no issues. Both w/ good EGT's and no Compressor surge.
2002 F250 6speed 2WD.
Went to the dealership and updated to CALID TOAA7Z3 because the 8R01 revision is not yet compatible w/ the old CALID.
When I updated to the new revision 8R01 from 7R19z I was hoping it would correct the issues w/ the lower level tunes and keep the 85 and 100 tunes the same.
However, now I only have the TOW, 60, 100 tunes, no High altitude and no 85hp (which was my favorite BTW good power almost no smoke). I have a 4in downpipe into a 5in exhaust w/ cat converter and Particulate filter(Don't ask where I got it.) (My wife calls it the eco-friendly smoke machine or lack thereof), Spearco Intercooler, ATS Compressor housing, Banks wicked wheel, and the 1.00A/R Turbine housing and Turbonetics high flow outlet.
Ran it on the dyno today, and actually picked up 30ft Lbs and about 8HP at the peak compared to the old 100hp tune. This was in Phoenix a week since my last run on the same dyno about the same 110F degrees outside.
Apparently the problem with the missing tunes, after talking to DS on the phone, is that the older Predators don't have enough memory to hold the required amount of data for the new flash and all the specific CALID info. (Ford Produced a ton of these calibrations) However they are working diligently to get the issue corrected.
They offered to get me the tunes I was missing as Custom Tunes until a new Update comes out, and a revised 100hp tune to alleviate the issues I'm having currently. Which I gladly accepted.
They should be in my e-mail shortly, and I'll pop back in and let you all know how it goes after I load them and go for a test drive up my favorite hill.
I couldn't be happier w/ the customer service, especially so close to a holiday. I have 3 other vehicles also tuned by DS and couldn't be happier, I just think my truck is a fluke and they'll get it worked out. For those who wanted a review, there you go. Your mileage may vary, but my money and my engines still go to DS. I'm looking into becoming a dealer, as I currently tune AEM systems for Imports, I'd like to get into the diesel world more.

Thank you for your kind and full of information words, i made 3 tunes for you and e-mail them to mike, his not here today but i'm sure tomorrow he will e-mail them to you, would be looking for feedback from you for those 3 tunes i generated and feedback is always welcome especialyy positive ones.
