02 GT Predator tune update/install

So, I bought a Predator 4 years ago, installed the performance tune, made some adjustments and have not done anything with it since. I want to start messing around with the Predator and tune again. My question is when I update date my Predator with the latest upgrade will that include all updates that were previously released? Once updated what do I do to get that updated performance tune into my car? Does it completely replace the existing perf tune? Will it overwrite any and all manual modifications I've made via the Predator?
