I have the Predator u7135 running V.9r16. I have a 2006 Jeep SRT8. I'm having a software problem. My predator connects fine with the dataviewer and switches to "running under remote control but it DOES NOT connect to the dsdownloader. The downloader finds the tool on a com port and says that the tool is found but the tool never switches over to "run under remote control."
When i try to send a file, it just sits there and waits for a connection. When i click "test" in the connection tab it disconnects the tool and says "tool is not connected." I have to close the software and restart it again. The software finds the tool again, but still does not switch to "remote control."
HELP?????

Yah, i apologize. I posted it a long time ago when i first got it and it wouldn't connect. It connected once so i assumed I figured it out. I just got a new tune and i'm having the same problems. I wasn't sure what was the best way to get help.mikel wrote:Best to post this in one place at a time...
