I think you guys should look at updating the Predator's hardware - make it USB to USB. Clearly, the existing hardware (serial connector) is outdated and with all the issues related to computer connectivity, I believe it is justified. Great product otherwise, along with great support! Thanks, Russ.

The Trinity is USB. The Predators are old technology and will probably never be updated.
