srt-4 rev limiter in neutral not working?

tried to adjust my rev limiter in neutral to 3300 rpmswith no luck why is this?

rev limiter in drive seems to work fine

That isn't something you can set for the SRT-4. The PCM doesn't know when the car is in neutral.

well I just imagined that if the car its 0 mph it will asumes its in neutral and the neutral rev limit will be activaded so you can use it as a 2-step
