Disabling MDS and EGR

2009 Dodge Challenger, Auto, 5.7L.
Hey guys, I have installed the canned custom tune for 91 octane CAI. If I want to disable MDS do I have to return to the stock tune and reinstall the canned tune with the mod to disable MDS?
One more question, do you know if I have to disable the EGR when disabling MDS? I have an oil catch can does that make a difference? Thanks guys.

Just pick the canned tune go to modify disable mds and install, no need to go back to stock.
You do not have to disable EGR with disabling MDS.
