Motorhome won't run with puck installed

Just bought an extreme puck model m2000..For my 2000 cat 3126
At first I couldn't tell what end of the harness to hook on what sensor and the pics in the instruction book are so small as to be useless. Called tech support and the person I talked to didn't know which end of the harness went where. (Not giving me confidence) I asked him to get with somebody who did know and tell me which end went where. He came back and said the end of the harness went on the fuel pressure plug and the middle went to the map sensor. I hooked it up that way and ran all the wiring (colors were as stated in the book on my motor) but not on the puck plugs.. Tried to start it and got a check engine light and it wouldn't start. Tech support closed so read the whole forum for possible problems and checked all that I found. Wires on harness going to correct pins continuity etc. Found nothing wrong though I couldn't find an exact discription of where every wire on the harness was to be on every pin but the blue and white were OK and the rest all checked through No code and it will start if I disconnect from the icp. Dial checked out as near as I could tell with my vom.
I'm really not gonna like it if I have to send it back and wait for a new one as I had it sent 2nd day air to get it in time for my trip to Denver.
Any ideas????
