RMA # for the locked U7195?

OK, so I did the RMA request # thing ( I think). Thought I needed to hear back from you to get the RMA #. I'm really anxious to know if I can even do this. If not I'll get one off ebay. Please let me know. I don't want to buy another one until I know if I've b een charged the $100.00 for the RMA # request. I filled out everything thinking that I'd get the RMA #. OK, enough babbling.I'll shut up and wait. You guys and gals are still the best and I look forward to future experiences with ya. So, the higher pressure (flow) fuel inj's and better fuel pump are the way to go for a supercharger install as opposed to the FMU?

My U7195 is locked. I got an RMA # from Brian, seems like a drill seargant with his instructions. I don't have the receipt for mine, cause I got it with a supercharger over a year ago. Factory tune is the last thing done with it, if I can't use it doesn't that mean it's locked? So that's why I requested and paid for an RMA #. Should I have, Now I feel leery about it.

You have me thoroughly confused...didnt we do a custom tune for you?
Why is the tool locked, and what is it locked to?
Any chance you can give me a call so I can try to figure this out?

Sorry, here's a quick one to clear this up. I sold the '01 supercharged Silverado (yes, that I got a custom tune from you guys for AFTER I had to buy a U7198 for the '01). I've kept the U7195 all this time (luckily, cause it's locked due to it's old revision). I just bought a 2003 Silverado, 5.3 and I'm getting the superchgr back from my stepson and putting it in my '03, and in exchange he'll get my (homie) wheels that came on my 2003. I will be getting another custom tune on my U7195.
I'm all set as far as the RMA stuff is concerned. I called and talked to Gary, and It, the locked U7195; due to it's old revision is on it's way to you with the RMA # clearly on front and rear of envelope in pen.
Hopefully all is cleared up, sorry Mike for any confusion. I'm so anxious to get the wheels rolling on this, that I probably started explaining in the middle, went to the end, and just brain farted on the beginning. OK, buh-bye.
I DO have more Questions, but will wait til i hear from YOU until posting.
