Tried to install the last update 9r18 and it gave me an Incompatible hardware error (No serial flash Found) Contact tech support. On the download page it said to post here and Support would get me an updated file. I have a 2009 Dodge Charger SRT8 .
I went back to 9r12 but that does not have support for my charger
