Problems loading custom tune into programmer for 07 stang gt

Ok, I installed a couple custom tunes before, but now i'm getting an error

"Custom Tune write failed at offset. 0x40000, size 1024, count 1024, code 27."

I know the tunes are good, because one of them I had loaded previously with no problems....any ideas?

Compressed send checked
make sure you have a clean original file in the folder with your tunes and that it is labelled the 7digits of your calid .frg and nothing else.
If it gives you a base file warning when trying to load, then you need to select your original file in the next window that pops up.
