could be 2 things, 1 are u using the puck with the reg tune?if so this may cause to much timing,if so try the stacker rkl.or 2 your draining your rail,i drained mine on reg rkl too and under hard load it would pop out the exhaust,i thought it was the wastegate slamming open but i was told it was the rail being drained,do u have a fuel presure gauge{not rail presure}

Nope sorry I do not have a Fuel pressure gauge, only egt and boost. Does this mean I need to do fuel system mods to run the RKL?

I had the same prob on my 03 dodge and it's because i'm draining the rail pressure. I have a fuel pressure guage and that doesn't help with the rail pressure. I have a carter pusher pump so i never get below 15 on fuel pressure even if I have it to the floor. I'm not sure about the boost fooler I kinda doubt that would help any the only thing i think you could do i mod your cp3 or get a rail pressure guage and I think your predator has one on it

Yup, you are draining the rail. A better LP will fix this issue.

Logon to DTR's website and check out what they have in the store. I get most of my parts local not online. Ask around on DTR also.

Obviously you want to check the cheap side first. Ultimately you are going to have to upgrade to at least a performance lift pump and maybe later a modded cp3. Mine popped when i first tried it and i have twin pumps and a modded fass...... "dirty filters" I felt so embarresed because i should NEVER have run dry. FYI, i can hold 22.5-23k at WOT. I bet if you had a gauge you would witness a major drop in pressure.

Yeah you need to get gauges next and it will tell the story and they have rail pressure guages now and that would tell the real story
