I got them Thanks! I'll try it and let you know!
I ran your custom tune this weekend, the shifting is a little better but still tends to shift hard in the higher gears(3-up). I have a huge dead spot when taking off (like turbo lag)??

Give me some time to look at your id arts, since your not part of the l20 family, i need to review what was done to your familys ID's.

Not surprising that you saw regen twice, with that much fuel in the motor at wot you're going to get more soot regardless i believe, its a trade off i suppose. The DPF is going to be a bastard when it comes to performance killing. Though most of the limiters toned down a bit when in regen, it will won't run as good when it isnt.

As far as boost goes, I raised a limiter table but i actually just increased a table for actual boost pressure just now (aka none of the tunes have seen it yet). 40+ isnt TOO bad, i believe ford sees 38 @ wot as a max value for a stock truck. Are you using the stock gauge pic or an aftermarket one? Please someone correct me if i am wrong on that boost pressure..

If more people are seeing this and someone verifies with an aftermarket gauge that it seems to be getting a little too high, ill tone it down. I prefer never to trust the factory gauges...

Most guys are making over 560+ hp and over 1200 ft lbs with tunes, deletes and intakes though. Some guys are juicing them to over 700hp. So far i can tell these motors are very resilient to abuse, my tunes are fairly tame to what I have seen out there.

On another side note, im having trouble getting an old cal id to pull up to compare to the newer guys. This is in regards to finding out why you guys get the CEL with an air intake on the new cal id trucks, im still workin' on that.

DON I AM GETTING BOOST PSI OFF STOCK GAUGE , COULD BE WRONG , PLUS IT GOES TO 4 PSI MAX,

PRETTY MUCH LAYING THE GAUGE DOWN... AS FAR AS THE REGEN , IT DOESNT LAST MORE THEN 5 MILES OR SO.

SO NOT REALLY AN ISSUE FOR ME,, JUST GIVING YA THE DEAQL ON WHATS GOING ON WITH THE TRUCK.

ARTS4 COMPLAINING ABOUT (TURBO LAG) WELL MY TRUCK HAS HAD IT SINCE DAY ONE.. i HAD IT BACK TO FORD

4 TIMES COMPLAINING ABOUT THE LAG,, THEY WERE WORTHLESS AS FAR AS FIXING IT.. TOLD ME IT WAS NORMAL

FOR A DIESLE TO HAVE THIS LAG.. THIS IS WHY I WENT TO DIABLO IN THE FIRST PLACE. AND I WILL SAY THAT

YOUR TUNE MAKES IT BETTER, YOU CAN STILL , SHIT ,SHOWER ,AND SHAVE WAITING FOR THE TRUCK TO TAKEOFF

IF YOU GO WOT AT A DEAD STOP...... I WOULD LOVE TO GET THIS FIXED ALSO.... I REALIZE THAT YOU WILL

HAVE SOME LAG , WAITING FOR THE TURBO TO SPOOL , BUT THIS SEEMS TO BE WAY TO LONG. I DO KNOW THAT IF

I PRESTAGE THE TRUCK, THERE IS NO LAG AT ALL.... HOW WE MAKING OUT ON THE BUCKING THING??

bucking is solved, steve verified for me, just gotta yank some extra timing i added in the low range. Already finished doing it, so thats all fixed for now.

You figure with that smaller turbo that lag would be reduced but i didnt see it being any better the 6.0L with a single turbo. Ill see what i can do with that in a bit.

By the way who has a intake system and is getting the code P2002. I'd like to see if we can get that fixed as a side project. Post on here if you have the code and what your cal id's are...id like to try a factory horsepower tune with a couple of tweaks to see if we can eliminate it.

I HAVE A BANKS SYSTEM ON MY TRUCK , I HAVE GOTTEN THAT P2002 CODE ONLY IF I REALLY HORSE THE TRUCK, THE CODE WILL GO AWAY AFTER ONE DRIVE CYCLE.. NEVER HAD TO CLEAR CODE, WENT AWAY ON ITS OWN. I HAVE GOTTEN THE CODE MAYBE TWICE IN 10,000 MILES. WITH THE AFE I HAD BEFORE CODE WAS CONSTANT. HOPE THIS HELPS

The airaid intakes cause a P2002 to come on within 80 miles of driving. For some people that is a weeks worth of driving. But it is the same issue.

Well we are going to need to find a truck here if we wanna test this theory. I went back to the oldest cal i could find and did find some differences that would make logical sense to make the light come on as far as i could tell.

Don I have the afe intake...the p2002 code comes in after about 10 minutes of driving after a reset of the codes...it still says unit 2 failed to erase.

the unit 2 failed to erase is an issue the engineers are looking into apparently when it comes time to erase any possible codes from the tcm, it doesnt want to talk to it. Don't worry though, no harm but its obviously an issue that needs to be corrected. Herb im going to send you a file that is a stock tune with some tweaks to see if the light goes out, do me a favor and load this up and see what happens.

EDIT: just spoke with an engineer, he said it's an easy fix and he's confident he knows what the problem is. So pretty much when im ready to re release the tunes, we will get that taken care of as well.
