U7131 Tried to Upload Crom 9r03 - looking for a 9r02 File

Tried loading 9r03 and it won't load to the downloader. Looking for a 9r02 file to try reload to the original crom file

It should load fine, maybe try redownloading it.

Tried loading it three times - the first time then gave me the corrupt application etc screen so the last two times i have done the load and then plugged in the power like you have to. Each time it says Unable to store CROM image

The main problem is this is the second time my customer has been back because the first one just lit up, it never said KROS etc, or went to any booting screens or anything right out of the box! This one did boot up and all looked good. Now this one i was putting the 9r03 update on and this happens.

on the light up but no text unit, did you adjust the contrast screw in the back of the predator? They get unadjusted during shipping and that will make the lit up screen look bad with no text.

That took the screen to lit up light green to lit up black and all in between! Thanks anyways. If i could get this one that won't accept the Crom fixed that would be great. Any ideas?

It stops at 7747 packets of the 15xxx ( 15000 and something)

Then it gives the Unable to Load Crom Image

had that happen when updating the u7135 to 9R18. I think it is a hardware/software issue. Diablo released a patch crom for the U7135 that had this problem. Funny thing was that the U7135 would freeze on the exact same packet (7747).

Check with tech support about having them make you a patch crom. The U7135 patch would be installed first, and then you would reinstall the original update.

The error message about the crom image was the same as well.

I think this is the issue and they can take care of it with a crom patch but I dont know. If this is urgent then be sure and call mike. Dont wait for forum responses.

I have not had this issue with updating a U7131.
