Hard work? I'm pretty sure even government software has been hacked in less time. These PCM's must be highest level of security on earth is what they are saying. Epic Fail.

Eat the cost and just get it done, its called customer service.

These are extremely high security. They have military grade encryption. Thats why none of the tuning firms have been able to crack it.

Military grade encryption? Geez, guys, this could take years. I'm afraid the only way we are going to see a tuner for these new PCM's is if Chrysler releases the code.

Has there been any thought to an inline module that alters the inputs from the sensors to the PCM to affect performance and shift points? Granted, this would not equal the gains from a custom tune, but something is better than nothing, no?

Hell, just adjusting the transmission shift points would be a major improvement. Chrysler really has its head up its butt with this stock tune.

Not trying to be a dick here, been waiting like everyone else, but do you all really expect to crack this code in the near future?

I feel your pain, I have been driving with my speedometer off, and waiting to do any mods like my Charger. Chrysler is such fail, ford works with aftermarket and Chrysler tries to prevent it.

Can we get it straight. I just bought a truck and found out the hard way about the tune. Is there going to be a tune? Cause if not f- the whole powertrain in that truck. going to a fast az efi system with all electronics that function that truck snatched out. Install adapter plate to put the 727 torque flight tranny in and work from the there. This just proved my point as to why i love carb over efi. At least i no i can always upgrade without worry.
I commend you guys on your hard work. and you all should really get is chrysler fiat a*& for making you all have to deal with you consumer like this.

Welp, been checking this forum with my fingers crossed, but nothing. I think i figured it out though.... The guy who came up with the impossible encryption on 2011+ Dodge's is a ford/chevy guy.
