Question Mike, I don't understand how the TCM option does not come up on my InTune just because my Trans CalID is not supported? When I first got my InTune, I was unable to tune the ECM due to the CalID, but I could still see the canned tune options on my InTune. So wouldn't this be the same case?

if your pcm was not supported, it would not offer you any canned tunes besides the modify stock tune...

I know you said you weren't sure on how long until the tool for unsupported CalID comes out, but can you give me a guess-estamated timeframe? I'm just a little annoyed now, especially since it seems like I'm the only one without TCM support!

is getting it updated at the dealership out of the question?
I mean, you do have an old cal, and they did pay someone alot of money to create the updates that are available, I bet they'll do it under warranty...

I'll try to see if the dealership will update the TCM. The only thing is that I just had the truck in dealership last month for some transmission repairs and I would think that they would update the TCM before giving it back to me. By chance (and maybe that i'm really stupid) but does the InTune screen show a button to click on that says TCM Tuning from the main menu or do I have to tune the truck (ex: 87 Octane Tune) through one of the canned tunes in order to view the TCM adjustments?

E67 support and TCM support have now been released, the latest databases will download automagically for anyone who still needs them.

Thanks

Wonder if you guys could tell me..... I have two options with Torque Managment. Torque Management Reduction "Normal" and a "Sport/Tow". What is the difference? And which way do I go to reduce it, + or -? Confused.

Normal adjustments are for normal driving there are a set of adjustments that kik in when u push the tow haul mode button if your tb has one

Definitely no tow/haul mode. It's confusing because there are two sections and they are both marked Torque management reduction. So.... If i go positive, does it give it more or does it take it away? LOL
And why the two different parameters?

Did a search on the Trinity forum and it's stated that going negative will take out torque management. Ok.
Still confused on the two modes though.
