Hmm, well I am almost out of ideas of what it might be at this point. Plus i do not want to send you tunes with wild guess's as to what it might be either, id rather do that on a truck i have here in person.
Id say see what they have to say about it and keep up posted.

Well Im hoping this is still going to be worked on. Johan is there any way you can still try some work on my tune. The shift firmness and the actual time it takes to shift is still horrible for part throttle shifting. Also the wot shifting there is still some delay and the firmness is just not there. Could you please take some time and try some things with modifying this tune. Id be willing to keep working these test tunes for whatever you need to get this tune right for these trucks. Thank you Johan

Johan, their was to much ice/snow on the roads do some real transmission testing. But the transmission shop did some computer testing and after some test runs we noticed that if the line pressure is raised above stock levels the shaking/slipping problems are present when going WOT at 40-60mph (factory tune loaded, sonic pressure booster installed)

When the roads are snow and ice free, they are going to do some test runs with all their logging equipment connected to the transmission monitoring ports to see what the transmission is doing when shaking/slipping. Something goes wrong when shifting from second prime to second gear.

Has any of the test tunes bonza..001-005. stock transmission line pressure settings?

Any way to mimic what you have done on that. Thank you Johan

I have an 09 with the latest 9r09 file loaded with a few tweaks, stock 91 file at WOT ishifted very odd so my tweaks have gotten rid of that issue, shift is super firm now...truck runs really strong but having exact probem bonza is having....when kicking down around 50-60mph the tranny gives a 4per hesitiation, shifts up to 2nd and pulls hard...being a mechanic im alittle curious what this will do to the tranny in time? hope a fix is soon on its way

I am still having this problem also. Today another problem occured. When cold in the morning, at a stop it seems as if the torque converter locks up and bucks forward and then stalls. I took the tune out and still the same thing. Could this be a torque converter problem? I hope I didnt f.. something up.

My 08 Ram was running great, but I have gone back to a modified stock tune due to the wild shifts and slips. Now I am running a stock tune with MDS disabled and Throttle Sensitivity increased. The power is not quite as good now, but the shifts are smooth again. It is a decent compromise for now. I am not afraid to floor it when cruising at 65-75mph anymore. I just hope DiabloSport can fix the shifting issues with the next Rev. It will make a lot of 3rd Gen and especially 4th Gen Ram guys happy.

Any news with this issue.... Johan Any way you can work with my tune or make me soething a little different so the throttle is more sensitive, also with the shift firmness from 1-2 and 2-3 WOT and part throttle. I would appreciate this so much thank you.
