I did....several times. I tried to eject it, sometimes it worked sometimes I had to force eject it, each time I tried I left it unplugged for a minute or more.

The most recent update is listed on the tool, but only the Vin Db: has an (ok) the rest of the things listed have (*)

Is that good?

I have registered and updated my intune and when i plug it in it says vehical not supported . what does this mean?

hello there guys..
this would be my first time coming on this forum and im looking to update my intune and my PC is asking for a software.
my frmware info are as follow
Aplication: 1r01h
GM Tune Db: 1r01b
DCX Tune Db: 1r01a
Ford Tune Db: unknown
GM PID Db:" 1r01a
DCX PID Db: 1r01a
Ford PID Db: unknown
DTC Db: 1r01a
VIN Db: 1r01a
Info Db: 1r01a

My car is a 2007 Chrysler 300C 5.7L
is there an update to my intune and if there is one how do i update it?
any help from the guro's out there will be greatly appreciated as I am new at this unit.

Here are the additional DBS for intune after the last Update. please load them in series.,

Intune 1r01i
after update go to get cdrom from the intune drive. (if it does not work on a mac download the cdrom 1r01f.
copy and paste the cdrom file on to the blank space of the intune directory.

then after the CDROM is loaded.

You will start to load the DBS . first start with the ones that mike has posted above.


then load the following.
vin_1r01a
DTC_CODES-1r01a.ITF
DBNAMES-1r01b.ITF
GM_PID-1r01a.ITF
DCX_PID-1r01a.ITF
FORD_PID-1r01a.ITF

i dont have the cd rom for the itune when i got it, and my computer is not a mac as it is a PC

I can not update my DCX. I have the 1r01o version , when I connect to my PC it say the unit is up to date. But from what I read on this site the 1r03j is the latest version, Need help. And when I try to open the 1r03j file my pc tries to open in Adobe and will not open, pls advise.

Hello all, I updated my Intune and then went out to plug it in and got a calibration error when it asks you to turn the ignition off then on again.

I have 09 Dodge Charger w/police package, the car is not a RT but has the 5.7L hemi. the InTune I-1000 will not work on my car. I have run the computer up dates ect.. When I try to load the tune into my car it starts and go so far then I get a message that states it will not go any further.

please update to the i-1000. The device during automatic update has been disconnected is what caused the burning of pcm. Teram I have a new pcm and wants to write it intune but first want to be sure to do updates from the beginning. Please help because I have no experience

Have an 09 challenger srt8 and when I plugged it in it asked for and update. Cant find this newest update. Where can i get it and how do i upload? This thing has me lost... way different than my superchips flashpaq

I'm glad to be part of this community...and glad to be a Mac user. I have a new i-1000 and haven't done a thing with it just yet..

I see that files need to be dragged into my Intune folder.
What do I need to start downloading and dragging? I see a bunch of files listed here, but are all necessary?

Hmmmm. I was able to update to 91 tune before I registered but after registering I keep getting tune failed and it reinstalls the backup tune. Any idea why? Should I maybe delete vehicle from tuner and start over?

Oh and it's for a 2011 Challenger RT

I see others have the same issue with car going dead and getting write failure when increasing shift firmness. Maybe that's the issue I'm having now. I'll give it a shot tomorrow without shift firmness and see if it works.
