The 143 mph is the fastest speed recorded in your car. It saves the max recorded speed until you reset it at that same screen. When I bought my car mine was reading 97. Not your average test drive I guess.molier wrote:Ok, let's take a different route... How many of you met your Factory MOPAR Representative when you received your owners kit?
My plan is to email mine and ask him for some help on what MOPAR can do for us (me) with regards to PCM flash for track use or something along those lines.
I suggest each of us do the same and explain our frustration and dilemma about no tuning when adding stuff like……
Long tubed headers
High flow cats
Resonator eliminators
87mm + throttle bodies
180° thermostats
8lb superchargers
You get the idea…
Oh… and the BS 143 mph speed limiter…

Also, never meet my rep, they just mailed my package to me. Wasn't exactly what I was told would happen. But hey, it's a car dealer ........... they never lie.
I only have 3 numbers for you...... 1-4-4molier wrote: The speed shown is the speed I did, note the fact there was just over 300 miles from the GPS reset.
I ran that speed on Highway 161 in Irving, Texas, in the rain, out-running a turbo Porsche....
Here in the DFW area, our Rep comes either to the dealership or in my case, came to my home in a very sick custom 300.

You know your loyal customers that have actually bought and word of mouthed you to hundreds of paying customers.
This has been a really long week wouldn't you say..?mikel wrote:adding a few missing calids is a completely different task that breaking an 'unbreakable' encryptionmolier wrote:mikel wrote:this should not take too long, we rarely run into unsupported calibrations like this, we'll get them.
Thanks,
My concern is... "not too long" is a relative statement and considering the computers in the 2011, 2012 and 2013 have been in cars for 24 months and you’re just now offering the tuning for it I’m not sure I want to hold onto a Trinity until you release the software for the MOPAR 11. I gathered from this thread and the phone conversation you guys did not know the MOPAR 11 CALID was different than the other R/Ts out there and you are 100% dependent on Dodge to release a PCM update for that specific CALID all the while I have Zero use for the brand new Trinity I paid $599.00 for.
Thanks, but I think most of us are hoping for a time frame with a little more assurance than just hang in there…. I am not trying to be a tool…. Just trying to not waste 600 bucks either.
Mike
Its not like we dont know how to read/write your PCMs, we just need to be able to access the cal data on our end, should happen this week.
