Oh and it's for a 2011 Challenger RT

I see others have the same issue with car going dead and getting write failure when increasing shift firmness. Maybe that's the issue I'm having now. I'll give it a shot tomorrow without shift firmness and see if it works.

Thanks

looks fine, you can skip the key cycles if it is an issue on your car.

Thanks

no, its still on 1r01h, you need to load 1r01i, then 1r03j, and all the tune and pid databases.

UPDATE:

Using my Mac, I got the device looking right; I checked using a PC and it said it was up to date. :D

I installed the device into my car, picked a setting, and it began to start tuning. At the end of the tune, I got this message "PCM has been tuned by a Diablosport product", which of course was by me with the same device. It then instructed me to plug it into a PC. The device began to fire up, but without icons. When I 'opened' the device with the PC, no files were present. Nothing.

Please help

let the updater run on a pc and it will download a stock file into the tool, then load that to the car, or post the info.xml file here.

The updater said it was up to date, so I plugged it into my car. The device said it needed to update a PCM, so I let it do that. It 99%, it asked me to shut off my car's power, which I did. Then, it asked me to turn the car's power on, which I did. The device said " an error occurred while installing Calibration Update". It then went into "recovery mode", which repeated the aforementioned process. I then told the device not to continue in that mode and it said to unplug the device from the car. After I did that, I disconnected and reconnected the battery.

I plugged the device into a PC and it again said it was up to date, but this time, the device asked whether or not to continue in recovery mode while in the PC. Although it allowed me to choose yes or no, neither button works.

let it go through recovery again, this time skip the key cycles at the end, and click the check marks to proceed.

With the car's power on (not the engine), I did it, twice , and got the same error message
