I've been tracking mine for a long time now. It's consistently right at 10ml per 500 miles. Doesn't matter what kind of driving I do.

Running warm above 3500 rpm
U7135 / 9r08 /06 R/T-05/05 build.
Almost 3 months later, and I've ruled out several things and been through 2 CMR tune tweaks, nothing has had any effect on the temps climbing above 3500 RPM. Even with the radiator being mongo - twice the size of stock.
I can run at 3000 and the fans come on high at about 195 and it stays there. Push it up to 3500 at the temps will easily climb over 208F. I have a W/B and it's holding stoich at those RPM, so it's not a lean issue.
Winter is hampering my objective ability to further trouble shoot.
4 power flushings and complete block draining, 3 different thermostats, and cool flex hoses haven't helped. Just verified the tem sending unit is accurate.
I'll try an under drive pulley to see if the water is moving too fast. I'll see about flow testing the Max duty against the stock heavy duty just for chits and giggles.
The only remaining changes would be the heads, which exhibit no problems, and the upgrade to AL from AJ when switching from 8r18 to 9r08.
I'd truly like to get my PCM back to the AJ file and give 8r18 a run, prior to pulling the heads and re-installing my stockers. That crom and 8r17 ran well with the AJ PCM file. Is it possible to do that?
This 06 R/T 05/05 build has always had problems taking tunes, dependent on the PCM flash.
