Car not starting - no odometer reading, can't restore tune

after 1 to tows and paying ford in the end 50 i fixedit my self there was chip on it.. that i was not aware about until i pulled out the comp. after i pulled the chip stock settings went on perfectly and i got it home pluged the chip back in .. back to where we were on friday before we even started this..

cant understand as to why the tuner even tried when there was a chip on there in the first place

It cant tell it is there until it starts to write, it has no problem reading past it...
