Tune will not load in 05 Hemi Ram

Ok here is some feed back...

Just wasted 45 min trying to get my truck to take a modified 93 tune. After failing twice I've given up for the night. I changed 1-2, 2-3 shift points, rev limiter, speed limiter, idle rev, neutral rev, tire size.

After it rights the pcm it goes to the tcm, after writing tcm it says turn key off then on then press continue. I get locked up at this point, it doesn't detect the key on. Quits then reinstall my stock program. Any ideas? Should I return it to stock and pull the tcm and pcm fuse?

I just got the diablo this week, followed the directions and updated this week. The 93 tune has severely underpowered my truck. I am having to buy my sc 3815 back from my buddy and find him one due to this. I wont run my truck underpowered! I am a little frustrated with this product right now. Im sure many are, but I know thru feedback this product will eventually shine when fixed. If you guys need real world info for 05 Hemi trucks let me know. I am waiting to install heads and a bigger cam when diablo gets the predator up and running.

All params will get an asterisk when changed, except the wheel size. This is where my problem is. Mike told me to look for a new update to cure this problem.

I agree, my truck feels weaker than stock with the 93 performance tune.

The 05's are different in some way. Other people are getting good gains with other years...

I'll wait it out..... I do miss my Superchips though....

This should be fixed int he 9t02 Beta crom posted in another thread here.

It seems that changing the tire size is what gives you the issues with loading the tune.
Try resetting the parameters, then make you changes again without changing ire size and see if that helps.

NO Dice ICE! Still doesn't work! Same as before, I modified 1-2 shift to 6000 and 2-3 to 5950. Also changed speed to 146, neutral rev 5000 and drive rev 6200. After writing the tcm it says turn key off then on again and press continue. Just keeps repeating at this point, turn key on. I tried turning it off slow then waiting a few sec then turning it back on, also tried it fast. No matter how I do it, it fails to load.

No, the tune that was installed was the basic 93 tune with no modifications. I can try again! BRB!

OK that worked! Reset the parameters and put in my modifications and it loaded. Going for a test drive! BRB!

NOT GOOD! Truck idled at 1000 rpm in park, didn't make it out of the parking lot. Thru a P0700 code which is a Transmission control system (MIL Request) according to the 2002-2005 Dodge Pick Ups Haynes Repair Manual. I turned it off and it refused to restart. I put the stock program back on it and it fought a little bit, but finally restarted and code went away.
