2001 f350 wont start after loading any performance tune

I was able to reload the v9r04 version back in using the instructions on the downloader. I deleted the file you made and downloaded it to the computer again just in case it might have had a problem there. i tried to download it to the predator again and got the same " missing or corrupt" message again. Now I'm reloading the v9r04 program back in.
What now?

I tried the program that was e-mailed to me. I loaded it on the predator and it worked fine. I took it out to load the program in the truck and it connected and I hit performance program. It told me to turn the key on and after scanning the truck it said "cummins catalog error" and told me to unplug the predator.
Im getting pretty unhappy with this predator.

That error makes no sense at all.

I am thinking that Predator has a loose screw, I would suggest you send it in to be checked out under warranty.
